The first thing that you need to do after downloading the game is to install Steam. After this, start Steam and search for Resident Evil 6 in its library. Once found, click on "Install Game" and then proceed with the installation as normal up to a certain point where you will be required to enter a code before proceeding past a certain point. This is where we will be entering our code. After entering our key, right click Resident Evil 6 in your Steam Library and then select "Properties". This will unlock Max texture quality, Max shadow quality/shadows resolution, Remove all loading screens and Disable Dynamic Shadows. - If you feel the game is lagging try to enable v-sync. - To have a better performance, use an SSD for your save games and the rest of the games on your computer. - You can also try to disable Hardware T&L for better performance.
